Bruach Roineach (Fern Bank) is a new,
architect-designed cottage offering first class accommodation for
six people, situated only a ten minute walk from Calgary Bay. From
this ideal location guests can explore Mull's enchanting coastline
and experience its wildlife, including deer, otters and the majestic
sea eagles. The Carthouse Gallery, just five
minutes away, offers a tea room, art gallery and the
'Art in Nature'
woodland walk.
Facilities
The accommodation, which is fully
centrally heated, comprises:-
First floor - entrance hall which is accessed via a wooden
pedestrian bridge from the roadside and contains a cloakroom; large
lounge, dining area with south and west views to the open
countryside. There is a multi-fuel stove in the lounge with lounge
and dining areas having access to balconies. The dining area opens
into a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The double bedroom (with
fitted wardrobe) has en-suite facilities.
Ground floor - large entrance
hall/cloakroom; utility room; inner hall; two twin bedded rooms
(with fitted wardrobes) and large bathroom.
Bed, kitchen linens and towels are provided with heat and lighting
also included in the tariff.
There is ample parking for several cars and a family picnic table is
provided.
Tariff
Open all year. Prices range from £450 to £690.
