Well behaved dogs welcome.
In accordance with legislation, Bruach Roineach is non-smoking.
A deposit of 25% of the total letting charge is payable within seven
days of booking. In the event of cancellation the deposit is
non-refundable, unless we are able to re-let the cottage prior to
the agreed arrival date. If the property is re-let, the deposit will
be refunded.
The balance of the letting charge is payable in full 28 days prior
to the arrival
date.
Bookings taken by telephone or e-mail will be confirmed by letter.
The property is let on a Saturday to Saturday basis and is available
from 4.30pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of
departure.
The property is fully inspected before each let and we reserve the
right to charge for damage caused during the letting period which is
not due to normal wear and tear.
